All Humans Deserve Love

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion,” Nelson Mandela said. “People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”

It’s safe to say that all beings feel good within their minds and bodies when feelings of love are present. In a state of love —peace can shine through. When all humans extend love towards themselves and to others then healthy, happy, and safe relationships can result. On the flip side, acts of hatred emit a darkness that only kills the light of peace and no good change can arise. Hatred only paves paths of pain and suffering. Additionally, for those carrying out hateful acts/ thoughts will likely experience weakened immune systems as that hatred will bring forth illness to their mind and body over time.

Humans arrive into this world with a loving embrace and not knowing how to hate. Hate is taught through various environmental conditionings. In order for true change to sing in all communities especially those of color, everyone must take on their human responsibility to learn and act out in ways that will promote a loving world.
